We're having issues with Sky History. It tells us there's no satellite signal and we can't either watch it live, or record, yet every other channel is working. This error has only come about today.

Any idea how we can resolve this please?

Is it the HD version? If so are channels like Crime+Investigation (139) and Ideal World (668) working? If SD, check Blaze (156) and Rewind TV (182)

If those channels are also showing "no satellite signal" that suggests a dish alignment problem and will require an engineeer visit. It's normal for only a few channels to be affected at first.
