If so are channels like Crime+Investigation (139) and Ideal World (668) working? If SD, check Blaze (156) and Rewind TV (182)</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If those channels are also showing "no satellite signal" that suggests a dish alignment problem and will require an engineeer visit.
