I currently get TNT sports via Discovery+ on SkyQ, but pay my broadband supplier BT £23/mth. Will the changes from March affect this arrangement?

Without doubt, HBO Max App will be available so you should be able to continue watching using that. Your contract for TNT Sports is with BT/EE, not Sky.

Assuming you also have a standard Sky package for the other channels, you will almost certainly be in a position whereby a Sky login to HBO Max will give you the HBO Max Basic with Ads, whereas your existing login using BT will give you TNT Sports on HBO Max. The problem will be they will almost certainly be different logins, you are paying Sky for one and BT for the other. TNT Sports is moving from Discovery+ to HBO Max.
