    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah it's nothing to do with 3. But you have to realise the "wifi signal" is irrelevant. The mini is talking direct to the Q. It's not using the 3 router's wifi. And it's using 5GHz wifi which is easily attenuated by walls etc. You could try moving the 5GHz channel on the 3 router away from ch36 which is what the Q uses for its mini comms.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you carried out a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Network reset&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;on the mini box?&lt;BR /&gt;Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.&lt;BR /&gt;You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box. If you do this make sure you press the Sky router WPS button and not the router reset button. If you have the new Sky Max router then you need to connect the WPS to the main Q box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've even reser the network again and the box has told me "your network set up looks good". Any previous issues I've had have all been with either internet or connecting to main box. This seems to be completely different&lt;/P&gt;</description>
