Removing 1 Multiroom box

We have 3 multiroom boxes. Costing £15 a month in total.
My daughter has just got a smart tv and will no longer need the multiroom box. How can I cancel this one only? I'm sure I pay £10 extra for the additional box (original package allowed 2).

Cannot see a way online.

hi @Obi26

You do not pay for each mini box - it is a flat fee for Multiscreen, irrespective of how many mini boxes you use

Thus, unfortunately, you still need to pay the £15 even if you only use one mini

Also, there is no mechanism for returning just one box - just wait until you cancel the multiscreen sub.

BTW a smart TV does not give access to the subscription channels from SKY
