    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received my new replacement sky q mini box. I have followed the instructions for its installation but can't get it to connect. I get a no signal message on my tv screen. I have checked to ensure that the correct hdmi port has been selected and it has. When I use the home button on the sky remote nothing happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am extremely disappointed with the service from sky. Had the engineer out twice and problems are still being experienced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.&lt;BR /&gt;If this turns the mini box on then,&lt;BR /&gt;With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote. &lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. &lt;BR /&gt;Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
