Paramount+ disappeared

Paramount plus disappeared a few weeks ago and I can't get it back I've phoned Sky many many times, they seem to think it's very unusual and get me to jump through the same hoops over and over again. I've signed out and back in again, I've scanned the QR that takes me to a Sky page that has "been removed". I think I'm being gaslighted, a search here soon told me lots of people are having the same problem and worse still it never seems to have a resolution. I'd love to hear someone that has solved this.

I'm having the same problem.

my paramount via sky stopped working. When I try to scan the qr code it says that my sky subscription has expired or i do not have paramount plus

Im not seeing any other problems with my sky account.

Ive tried all the normal like clearing cookies, signing out, rebooting, but nothing is helping

Wht do you mean "it disappeared"? How did you get to the QR code if it disappeared?

The icon is still there, but the subscription to it has vanished.

you click on the icon and it says you have to activate

when I go through the activation process, it says that either my subscription doesn't contain paramount (it used to, and I even pay the extra to sky for no ads!) or my sky subscription has expired..

neither of these are true.

i tried clearing cookies, rebooting everything, but no progress at al
