      <description>&lt;P&gt;My TV updated new software and when it was completed I had completely lost sky service.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I rebooted but that did not work.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Do not know what to do.&amp;nbsp; Can you help.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am not technical at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
