How long does it take for my multiscreen equipment to arrive as also why have been billed already.

@Curty27 multi screen doesn't necessarily include hardware unless you specifically order it has it can be used to access sky go on extra devices like Xbox alone therefore charging will commence immediately after purchase

My mini box arrived in about 4 days after ordering (that was in December last year). Also you pay straight off as you can now access recordings via Sky Go etc, which you cant without multiscreen sub.
