Started a new free upgrade to fibre , so a openreach engineer came to the house , he installed everything he could on the inside , but could connect due to another contractor having to connect to the external of the house . So he left the old router working so we could watch tv and have internet connection. The new router was connected but not properly working due to other contractor . The SKY Q BOX has lost its saved recordings and I can't record anything. Can anyone help
