Issues with Sky Q

I had to reset my sky box every time I switched it on by pulling the plug out and waiting 10 seconds, because it would get stuck on standby, and sometimes it would crash when I watched one of the apps. Eventually I went online went through all the steps and got sent a new box. This was great for a couple of weeks, but now this one is doing the same, except sometimes the screen just goes blank while I'm watching it and the standby stays on green. Everytime I have to switch everything off and start again. I want to speak to a person about it this time before I get sent another box, but its impossible to get through to anyone....its so frustrating.

Ok it's not the EE router thing then. Maybe the hard drive is on its way out.

New (refurb) box though... maybe a problem with TV comms confusing it. Could try disabling hdmi cec on the TV.
