      <title>Sky Q Box - Internet Connectivity Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've recently changed Internet Service Providers from Sky to another provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I've had is issues from the Sky Q box saying you aren't connected to the internet. I've currently using an Ethernet cable from the back of the router to the Sky Q Box so it shouldn't drop out at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is so frequent that it tells me that I'm not connecting to the internet it's getting really frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everyone else in the house has no issues with the Internet dropping out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's only since I've moved providers that I'm having issues with the Sky Q Box, seems very coincidental that it's playing up now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
