All apps work but crunchyroll any help ive done everything including hard update still nothing

@Arronl Crunchy Roll is not available on Sky Go as Sky Go is itself a PC/Mobile app.

What device are you having an issue with Crunchy Roll?

Is anyone aware of any known issues with the Crunchyroll app on Sky Q? I can't get it to load on either my Q box or mini boxes.

When opening the app i get an error screen with the code WCP-UN-0 which asks to check the connection. My devices are definitely connected to the internet and all other apps work fine.

I've exhausted all the troubleshooting guides I can find, both on the Sky and Crunchyroll websites. I've tried restarting all the boxes, I've checked my software is up to date on all boxes, I've done the app refresh and waited the recommended 24 hours but still no luck.

I've encountered the same error code before on smart TVs and solved it by uninstalling then reinstalling the app. I thought an app refresh on Sky Q would have the same effect as this but I'm not sure it actually did anything.

Anyone know if there's a way to force an app to reinstall or have any suggestions on what I could try next?

Update:

I did a factory reset on my mini boxes this morning and that has fixed it!

I assume the same will work on my main q box bit I'm not gonna try that yet as I know this will delete all my recordings.

There is a crunchyroll app on sky q. Think that's what's not working as I have the same problem

Mine is on a sky q box and the rest didnt work. It just has a black screen and nothing happens

Yer mines not working on my main sky q box or mini. Just get a black screen. Crunchyroll have just released an app update so guess that's what's causing the issue

We're sorry you have been experiencing problems with the Crunchyroll app. We received an update from Crunchyroll regarding this issue;

''We recognised this yesterday during our launch of in app version 14. It was affecting older devices on Sky and Samsung mainly. We pushed a fix this morning that fixes it. This has now been deployed for Sky''
