In what way isn't it working? Any on screen error message? What have you tried so far (ie a reboot)?

@Doug102 If you have not done so the first thing to try is rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then reboot your mini box
