&lt;P&gt;Check that you are using the same credentials as you are using on the SKY Q box&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you can find out what email address you are logged in with :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tab left to activate the Side menu , then scroll down to the&amp;nbsp; line towards the bottom labelled&amp;nbsp; "Get Help" &amp;amp; select&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should now get a sub-menu &amp;amp; under Member the email address should show on the right hand side&lt;/P&gt;
