      <title>Cannot use Discovery Plus</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky account is not talking to the Discovery Plus account. I know that because last October I contacted Discovery Plus Support and told them - they gave me&amp;nbsp; complimentary one month access and said that the issue should be resolved by then. It was not.&amp;nbsp; I got on to Sky again, went through all of the nonsense you have to do which took two hours. In the end they sent me a new Sky Q box. It is still the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that the issue is that the accounts are not talking to each other because it works if Discovery Plus activate it from their end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want to ring them again because I know that I will be on the phone for an hour and be taken through all of the things which will not make any difference.&amp;nbsp; I am considering ending the contract because I am not in breach of it - they are. I am paying for a service and am not getting it.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
