Paramount plus disconnected

After 3 years my Paramount won't sign in! It says I currently can access it because I have cinema. Musky app says I have it. But the tv wants me to sign in - How?? I don't have a sign in for paramount because its a sky app. I have tried the sky sign in details but it won't accept it.

hi @Gardentime

When you first set it up you would have had to create credentials for Paramount + (it is a Paramount app and not SKY & can be used on ther apps on other platforms)

These are not your SKY ID / SKY credentials (although it is quite possible you used the same email address & should have used a different password)
