    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Q remote has stopped controlling the volume. Batteries ok etc have rebooted system etc. when I re pair &amp;nbsp;with buttons 7 and 9 and then 1 and 3 no onscreen instructions appear so I cannot progress. Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It has to be line of sight / infrared for the 1&amp;amp;3 step I believe.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perfect, I wish I had thought of this. &amp;nbsp;I was trying to go via the reset on the remote control itself but it wasn't showing a menu on the screen. This was straight forward. Thank you for taking the time to reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
