    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi just received my sky q box adter transfering back to a q box from pucks, alas they failed to send a tv card so cannot use it , i have phoned alas they say the system would not let them order one and it was being passed up the line, he did say he would pnone back that was around 1500 alas nothing till now&amp;nbsp; i cant find anything&amp;nbsp; on who to contact alas system system recognises i am a current sky customer as we had to return old sky q box in 2024 we were told the cards are no longer any good so we left it in the machine. and i understand the system thinks i have a card which i dont so nothing works ohhhh so frustrating i did mention this several times when doing the changeover can anyone help please who can i ring directly alas our post is now terrible we have not had any mail for over a week and we normaly did get some !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately Sky will expect customers to keep the viewing cards indefinitely for just this type of scenario.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You will need to persevere in calling Sky Customer Services and ask for one to be sent out in the post. There is no specific number or department to call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
