Series links

I've noticed recently that programmes that I have set up on series link disappear when I check forward a couple of days and I have to re-set them every week. This is not just for new links, but for ones I've had set up for years! Also, recently on the home page, the selection of "continue watching"will include programmes from STV and then if you click on them, It says the programme no longer exists.

Anyone else have either/ both of these problems?

Are you looking at recordings beyond the next one due (i.e. on a daily show , today being Tuesday looking at Thursday rather than Wednesday) ?

SKY Q does not show links beyond the very next one due - only when the next due starts recording does it show the link to the following one . This can cause confusion making people think the link is not working when people looke beyond the next episode

Personally I wish it was like my Freeview recorder that shows all shows in the 'TV Guide window' (i.e. all for the next week)

Regarding the continue watching issue it is a problem typically with ITV programmes

the Continue watching will show the next episode when you have finished watching an episode (or often erroneously not quite finished but nearing the end).

With ITV these episodes are often not available to download until they have been broadcast (although may be available within ITVX app) but sometimes they may be availble by viewers in Scotland who have STV, so the system, incorrectly, tries to show an episode from STV which cannot be viewed outside Scotland- It is a known 'Quirk'

BTW I always advise customers to use the Continue watching Section (& buttons above recordings) with great caution as it is rather flaky.
