New sky Q after 2 years away. Main Q box ok, works as should. Mini box voice and sound delay. For example car door slams, but hear it 3/4 seconds later. Lips moving. what is said 3/4 seconds after. Engineer, never seen that before. Switch off or unplug works ok.

WiFi with pods 3 times call out. TV engineer's 4 times call out. They replaced HDMI cables, new Mini box, no change.

Thin line of pixilation occasionaly across TV screen
