      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4594528"&gt;@Dave20261&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Hi Dave, I now have Sky Stream but a good while ago I had SkyQ, so someone who has it may have an update solution but when I had it the only suggestion I had back then was just to turn off at the power source and wait a couple of minutes then plug back in and wait for it to reload, then try iPlayer again. &amp;nbsp;I hope it works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
