&lt;P&gt;The 10th January was the day of the major Sky Q issues discussed in this very large thread&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It affected a lot of customers and some of those had issues with their mini boxes as a result.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact Sky again and perhaps they can listen in on your original call to confirm what was said and promised.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Had a problem with my mini box not being able to connect to the main box on sat 10th jan. After a 40 min wait I spoke to an agent in Bulgaria. Problem fixed after another 20 mins. He said he would apply a £15 credit to my account. This has not been done</description>
