Hi @PeterSHn Unfortunately that doesn't exist. Perhaps you could print parts of https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-sky-q-remote Also the most important key is "?" which could provide help at any stage.

In view of my wife's challenges I have registered with the Accessibility section of Sky and they are very helpful. There is a special and simpler remote control on the way to me and I have received written instructions. Good to know that Sky are looking after vulnerable customers.
