      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes thank you, I have been pulling my hair out,trying to speak to an adviser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was repaired today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A Cable at the back of my house, had been half chewewd by a Fox or Sqirrel apparently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A nice new cable was fitted, &amp;amp; it's up &amp;amp; running again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
