We have followed the instructions but we can not get our tv working. On each HDMI port, tried them all, we have weak or no signal. After our previous box failure we could get our normal tv but none of the apps, Netflix etc. My conclusion is that there is nothing wrong with the tv. The box is new so I am perplexed as to what is the cause. I have checked on my account and the checks done suggests all is working but sadly that is not the case.
