      <title>Apps have disappeared</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All my apps have disappeared from my home screen apart from alibi. however i still cant access this now. I was watching alibi today with no issues. &amp;nbsp;Now this, and all the other apps &amp;amp; channels keep saying i need to upgrade to watch these channels. &amp;nbsp;I dont understand as i pay direct debit....and i hsvent changed the subscription or packsges. &amp;nbsp;So why can't i assess my channels?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its related to the outage issues. I have the same issue on some of my boxes. Only Sky and U/Alibi are visible. I'm just waiting to see if it sorts itself. There is a master thread with all the issues on there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4587269"&gt;@Karon&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you have Sky Q&amp;nbsp;you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To enter the engineers menu do the follow&lt;BR /&gt;press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light&lt;BR /&gt;do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;scroll down to apps &amp;gt; refresh&lt;/P&gt;</description>
