topic Connection issues in Sky Q

Two TV household. Main TV with Sky Q connects almost perfectly to router (Vodaphone) all the time; somethingd Sky loses the connection and have to reconnect via settings. 2nd TV upstairs with minibox and booster. Wifi upstairs contects to laptop and printer wirelessly. 2nd TV will not connect to WiFi - get "connecting to sky Q box.." message. I assume that a hard restart could cure things ( what sequence though) and/or update the minibox (how).

Suggestions gratefully received
