Our phones and other devices are connected to broadband with no issues. &lt;P&gt;Who is your broadband supplier.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have 3rd party broadband &amp;nbsp;(or Sky Fibre broadband with the white max router) then you need to use SSID and password for the router 2.4Ghz band when carrying out a network reset on the Q box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
