Had long calls with Netflix and Sky, but neither have been able to sort it out (yet). This has including doing:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- reset apps on hidden menu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- numerous power off cycles&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- leaving it overnight&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- unlinking old Netflix acc from family&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions welcome please!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've used it twice now and they've been excellent.
