Assuming it's Sky Q, has the box been connected to the television set using an HDMI cable, and is the appropriate HDMI input selected?

Is the television set UHD-capable?

Hi @Clairus

First make sure that the Television is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
