      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly it looks like your account has been hacked (not uncommon) You'll need to contact Netflix directly to resolve it I'm afraid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The code bit looks like whoever has taken over your account has added a pin for added security - ironic, I know!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem, Go to netflix spanish on screen use google eye to translate and follow instructions enter your e-mail account and should be back in english.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
