Cannot access BBC1 BBC2 ITV

Had a new sky Q boxed yesterday. The downstairs one works fine but the upstairs one will not access BBC1,2 or ITV channels, channel 4.

Hi @Zoe168 There are two types of Sky Q box, the Main box connected to the satellite dish, and a Mini box that simply connects to the Main box via the Sky Q Mesh. Which one is upstairs?

Is this your first (new) Mini box or a replacement?

Do you have a Multiscreen subscription?

Has it been set up correctly https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q

Can you get all the other channels?
