      <title>Problem adding Discovery Plus</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have been trying to add Discovery Plus however I had to abandon when I was checking out the terms and conditions on Discovery's site. &amp;nbsp;Received email from Sky confirming addition of D Plus and asking me to activate. &amp;nbsp;Following the link in email I tried to do this but got a message 'we can't do that at the moment. We hope to have everything back to normal soon. &amp;nbsp;Please try later'. &amp;nbsp;I've tried several times and couldn't get any further than said message. &amp;nbsp;Tried through Discovery Plus only to find that they don't recognise my email. &amp;nbsp;What am I doing wrong? &amp;nbsp;Also can't get through to speak to anyone in Sky. How on earth am I supposed to get this sorted? &amp;nbsp;I've tried everything they're telling me to do online. Any help would be appreciated thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
