Sky returns frustrating

I've have just moved home. And arranged for Sky engineer to come to our new address on 17/12/25. I said I'd be taking all equipment with me to new address. I keep getting msg to return said equipment or face a financial penalty. I have spoken to an advisor and advised them of this. Why am I still getting msg to return equipment????

We have seen a couple of reports of this in the last few weeks when customers have arranged a Sky Home Move. Hopefully the adviser you spoke to has notified the correct department to stop these messages and subsequent charge.

Plus the Sky engine never turned up nor did I get a courtesy call to let me know.
