    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have managed to book one for the 28th Dec.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My list/symptoms for him is below..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pixelation and poor picture quality on Live Viewing, Recordings &amp;amp; Streaming.&lt;BR /&gt;Fast Forwarding sometimes will not stop. Remotes have been re paired &amp;amp; new batteries fitted.&lt;BR /&gt;Spinning Wheels and Buffering VERY frequently, no matter what time of the day or evening.&lt;BR /&gt;It says no Internet/Satellite connection, but it has two ticks &amp;amp; everything else connected is fine.&lt;BR /&gt;I frequently clear out all deleted programs from hard drive.&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Q, Netflix, Disney, Prime, Apple TV, Youtube etc are all affected.&lt;BR /&gt;However, on a tablet, if we watch Sky Go and any of the above streaming sites EVERYTHING works fine.&lt;BR /&gt;ALL HDMI cables are new Upgreen 8k.&lt;BR /&gt;The Mini Boxes frequently lose connection also (no internet), the main one in the bedroom is a new replacement, but still happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;**We have BT Full Fibre 900 Broadband**&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know where I can book a Sky engineer visit.&amp;nbsp; I have Sky Protect and the Sky Bot said I can do this !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I intend calling them, but why do they say I can book an engineer on line, when I can't see the option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Absolutely ridiculous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
