I have sky movies but I don't have uhd anymore and when looking for a film to watch it only came up with UHD so I couldn't watch. I've never seen this before. Do I need to pay more to watch these now?

Anything downloaded in UHD will not play without the sub.

But you can still access HD. (Redownload them)

Hi @Chaosgirl13 Have you changed your download default to HD?
