Try a power cycle on the main box.

hi @Mairi7

It sounds like you may not have the UHD subscription but seeing the UHD versions at 401 & 407 - if this is the case try looking at channels 858 (for Main event) & 857 for Darts/F1 in HD

Although as @PandJ2020 suggest a reboot may sort it out
