      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had similar problems over the last week on all Sky Q channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Put the Sky box into standby mode and turned it back on and sound returned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wonder if this is a Sky Q software bug as I updated the software recently?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Software version Q330.000.09.00L&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having this problem for while its just got worse lately. I get no error message just no sound. My sound is optical cable to a sound bar but when I reboot the sky box the sound comes back so the problem shouldn't be the sound bar.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
