&lt;P&gt;Did you initially start to cancel and then agreed to another 24 month discounted deal?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These scenarios sometimes automatically generate the sending out of returns packaging. You will have to persevere on the phone to sort it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not leaving sky. I have been sent a return box. Canned to say this was a mistake. Now had emails and texts saying I risk being charged.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
