Sky Q mini distorted sound

I have Sky Q and three minis. Upon turning one of them on today the picture works fine but the sound was just like someone playing white noise loudly. Have done a power cycle and still the same. Anything else to try or is this a busted mini? My account is showing a red exclamation mark and there is an issue with your sky Q but none of the steps refer to broken sound.

Have you also tried a power cycle of your TV ?

Eidt : also, if you have not already done it, please may I suggest unplugging the HDMI cable from both TV & SKY Q mini and then re-seating it
