      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;topic: &lt;/SPAN&gt;I can’t access my Home Screen, catch up, recordings or Sky channels, i.e sports. &amp;nbsp;The onscreen message says I need to upgrade my subscription. I haven't cancelled my subscription and have all the upgrades for the channels I want to access. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
