    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure what you mean by not working if you mean you are not getting any channels &amp;nbsp;just a blue screen saying there is a problem then probably &amp;nbsp;the problem is with your dish outside &amp;nbsp;and you need to contact Sky to get a engineer out to sort out the problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
