topic Paramount+ in Sky Q

I can't watch paramount+ on my sky q box, when I go onto my apps and click on the paramount app it goes through the motions, but it then returns back to the sign in page. I've even upgraded to no Adverts free page but again click on that and it takes me back to sign in page.

Hi @djcrafty Have you checked that your box is on the latest software Q330 and tried a power reboot?

Have gone to sky.com/paramountplus/activate web page and loged in with your Sky ID and see what says. It will either give you prompts to link your paramount+ account to Sky or will say you already have it. If you get the later you will need to contact Sky to sort out the problem.

You've already linked your Sky and Paramount+ accounts

To start watching, open the Paramount+ app on your TV and select sign in

And that's as far as i get

That is strange with me once I liked my account Paramount came on automatically, have you tried to sign in using your Sky id username and password

I had just had an experance with another app on Sky box, Discovery +. I already have that as part of TNT subscription but just like your Paramount on screen it here were two options "get discovery+ " and "sign in " first of all I pressed the first option 'get Discovery + and after loading it told " I already had discovery + I just need to sign in. It went back to first screen with the two options and I pressed the sign button and tthat gave me screen with a QR code. So I used the camera on my iPhone to use the QR code which took me to page on my iPhone to put my Sky log in details and then the screen on my tv changed and gave me access to discovery plus. Sorry about the long winded story but I wounded if the same is needed on Paramount +problem, have you actuly pressed the " sign in" button as see what happens. I would mine betting it will go to page with qr code to log in 5you Sky id log in on your computer or tablet and you will find that screen will change to give your Paramount +
