If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Renewed with sky &amp;nbsp;was given free cinema with sky sports told &amp;nbsp;I would get email when end of free trial, I just want to cancel the cinema subscription, not the sports but can't make any headway , on line .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
