    <description>&lt;P&gt;Checking my system though SKY &amp;nbsp;service checker, it keeps telling me SKY Q box has a problem.,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;everthing seems to be in order, all &amp;nbsp;is working ok, WiFi connected , picture ok, recording ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in fact nothing seems to be &amp;nbsp;wrong ? Checking Settings on TV. Everything is connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so why the recurrence fault message every time I check ? &amp;nbsp;I'am at a loss what to do .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky help and BOT useless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The checker itself might have a fault but your products/service might not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe you are absolutely right, the only fault is in SKYs&amp;nbsp; own service&amp;nbsp; checker.?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky keeps telling me I have a Sky Q box problem, but I have no idea why ,as , everything &amp;nbsp;is working perfectly , just&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;did a reboot , but still get messages of fault.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The last thing I want &amp;nbsp; to do is a factory reset and lose all recordings and probably much else ? . Others seem to have this message.. suspicious turns to push &amp;nbsp;from Q to stream ploy?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is no other lodgical reason to get this only &amp;nbsp;since &amp;nbsp;Sky announced &amp;nbsp;QBox discontinued .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sorry Sky sticking with Q to the end !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It hasn't been discontinued&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;yet!&lt;/STRONG&gt; It is still available to order or upgrade to but customers need to call as it's not available to order online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sky so far have never said Sky Q has been discontinued they have said they are saying you can no longer order it online but its still available by contacting Sky&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
