Sky Q Mini Resetting.

Hi Guys,

I guys this has been asked a million times but I'm struggling, even though I (think) I know the answer.

I have Sky Q with 3 attached mini boxes and the mininin my bedroom resets itself every night at 2:30am.
when I say resets, I mean as if I've unplugged it and plugged it back in again (which I haven't).

I've checked the settings and both my mini and the main box are set to ACTIVE in the eco settings.

I'm not sure if the other boxes reset but I don't think they do.

Anything else I can do?

When set to Active standby, Q boxes switch automatically to standby after a period of inactivity. Standby light turns from green to amber.

This coincidentally could be when you are noticing it switching.

In Eco standby the boxes switch to power saving standby between 2:30am and 5:45am. Standby light turns red.

All Q boxes are best kept in the same standby mode.

If you use Standby mode None then the Q boxes will remain permanently on with green led. They sold be manually put into standby with the remote when not in use so that led is amber.

Yes thank you.

I've tried with the boxes set to NONE as well but nothing helps.
The box in the bedroom still resets every night at 2:30am no matter what I do.
