    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your patience old fella. Yes I have rebooted my Qbox. No change. Sky sports was working fine last week. But has suddenly stopped. My subscription lasts till 2027. And as I have mentioned, when I pressed red button to upgrade, says already subscribed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have sky sports as part of my package, it works fine on sky go,but on sky Q , I get the message. You do not subscribe to this channel press red to upgrade, when I do press the button, says you already subscribe to this channel, yet it doesn't play.. ?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a system update, reconnect to router and power disconnect. Without success. Called sky spoke to advisor and after 20 mins on call was disconnected&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Assume you have tried rebooting your Q box?&lt;BR /&gt;To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also check your Sky Q package in your &amp;nbsp;Q box Home menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Scroll down to My Sky at the bottom of the menu. &amp;nbsp; See if Sky Sports is listed in your package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You could try refreshing your viewing card.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Home - Settings - System info.&lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.&lt;BR /&gt;Then select Use this option to trigger a callback&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Failing this it looks like you need to contact Sky for them to refresh at their end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
