Just received new sky Q box, was supposed to solve missing channels problem we've had for over a month and unfortunately it hasn't, still missing a load of channels..

Which channels? Are you trying to view a HD channel without the HD add-on?

Sounds like it could be an issue with your dish - a new box won't resolve that...

Thanks for replying, when I spoke to sky over a month ago now, regards issues, they said must be the box, but obviously they were wrong, cause new box hasn't fixed it. So looking like trying to book engineer.. If you can ever get through to them. Not the easiest..
