Using Sky Q remote to control LG OLED55C54LA TV

I recently changed my LG TV to a newer model. I don't seem to be able to use my Sky Q remote to control the new one. There doesn't seem to be the model code in the Sky Q list.
Do you have any suggestions on how I can enable it to control my TV as it did with the previous model?
Are Sky likely to update their listings of registered models?

Just try another code until it works.

I'd tried that, but none of the 15 options had any effect.
I can use the Sky remote to start up the TV and Sky box, with it going straight to the Sky HDMI input.
However, I still have to use a combination of the remote controls to switch both TV and box to off.
