      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've renewed my TV &amp;amp; Broadband subscription this afternoon and the confirmation email is different to what I agreed over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The broadband package I ordered was the full fibre 500. The confirmation email is showing full fibre 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've spent over 2 hours trying to find a phone number to rectify this issue, can someone help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
